Your initial installation includes a year of maintenance and support, and maintenance is renewable thereafter in 1,2, or 3 year increments.

Free Quarterly Training (via web)
To keep you and your staff up to date, TFB will arrange web-based training as frequently as once a quarter. We'll work with you to tailor a session training that matches your needs.

Free Annual System Checkup
TFB systems often remain in service for years with little or no maintenance. But changes can be driven by your needs, your traffic, and by new technology. A TFB technician will review your servers to assess capacity, performance, and potential issues, then give you the information you need to make decisions about when and what to upgrade, and where to take your technology investment.

Alarm Monitoring
In integrated systems, you want to make sure every major component is working properly. TFB monitors alarms for customers on current maintenance. We can often spot trouble and assign a technician before your staff or customers even notice. Your system can send alarm emails to TFB support 24 hours a day.

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE: TFB typically installs alarm monitoring along with any new system. If you're unsure whether your system alarms are on, or need additional email addresses added, contact support at support@tfbc.com. Free Product Updates and Patches
Staying on maintenance ensure you get the latest patches from TFB development, and includes feature updates within the same release number. For each patch, TFB assesses those users that require an upgrade or would benefit most. Check the support newsletter or the patch update section for those available.
