What are CTI Server Specifications?
CTI Server is a Pentium server running Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003. You can download a copy of the current specifications here.
If we purchase our own server will TFB support it?
TFB will offer support for the TFB software run on a Server not purchased through TFB, but not on the server itself.
Are both tower and rack mount options available?
Yes. Please be sure to specify at purchase. The DAX server shipped by TFB is a 5U rack mount.
What about redundant power supplies and RAID?
Both are available. If you have specific redundancy requirement, please be sure to specify at purchase.
How many ports can CTI Server support?
TFB has no set limit to the total number of IVR ports in a system, However, to ensure proper performance, the primary server should have no more than 36 ports. Successive servers can host up to 48 analog or digital ports.
How many simultaneous applications does CTI Server support?
The system is designed to host unlimited TFB applications on a single server. Additional servers are required only to accommodate more than 36 ports. TFB custom IVR can run simultaneously to, and share ports with, most TFB packaged applications.
