TFB Unifies Phone Data for University of Texas Medical Branch

Technology for Business Corporation (TFB Corp.) today announced the successful, on-time completion of its telephony data unification project for The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). TFB CTI Servers aggregate SMDR call data from multiple PBX platforms and replaces some of the manual steps to formatting that data from individual switches by providing a single consolidated feed. TFB professional services leveraged the proven TFB CTI Server system as the solution platform, and tailored the application logic to combine data feeds specifically to meet UTMB specifications.
With multiple phone switches across its campus, UTMB faced challenges compiling and accounting for call data from different feeds. They selected TFB to provide a solution that would unify the format and location of SMDR call data into a single consolidated stream.
