TFB Provides Key Solutions for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Technology for Business Corp., a leader in stand-alone and bundled software enhancements for contact centers, has completed installation of its tContact reporting and routing solutions for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the Vancouver-based leader in residential and commercial junk removal. With its business expanding, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? needed a flexible technology to provide them with the capability to report on and route overflow calls between their two NEC-based call centers. Along with its partner, NEC Unified Solutions, TFB answered that need by providing a powerful compliment of packaged and custom-tailored software modules to meet the demands of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s thriving business.
TFB’s tContact solution is a modular, fully-integrated system with the NEC Univerge 8500 platform. Included was TFB’s ACD Reports, which provides event-based archival reporting on all agent and call transactions throughout the call center. When users saw the need for some customized changes, TFB was able to add those features quickly and seamlessly. “When we realized we wanted some custom statistics added to the reporting package, TFB provided them within hours of the request,” explains Jason Matsubara, a Senior Manager at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?.
TFB also installed its real time monitoring package, Contact Director, and Auto Failover, its newly-architected standard for automated monitoring in a dual server configuration. “The TFB solutions give us superior reporting detail, and Contact Director ensures instantaneous drag-and-drop control over our agents and calls,” says Jason.
Along with an automated standby system for redundancy, the TFB solution extends the capability of the NEC Univerge 8500, and empowers 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s call center with the reporting and monitoring tools they need for continued success.
