TFB Healthcare Business Up for Second Year
November 27th, 2008 - Manhattan Beach, CA
For the second year running, TFB sales have seen significant increases in the healthcare solutions market. Gains are particularly strong on the East Coast and in Canada, where TFB solutions are primarily enteprise-scale and multi-site integrations.
The sales increase comes from a combination of horizontal applications for the call center, automated IVR, and TFB's tCare applications. The extent of integration among TFB product lines, end-user IT, and telephony solutions, increasingly gives heathcare buyers straightforward return on investment. Because TFB solutions can integrate across multiple and ACD's, they also offer an attractive way for organizations to leverage existing investments rather than contend with the often staggering cost associated with wholesale replacement of legacy systems.
With healthcare oprganizations scaling back spending on new technology, TFB's ability to extend both the service life and capabilities of existing infrastructure has become an increasingly attractive option.
"Buyers understand that TFB provides them a more affordable path to achieving service goals now, while keeping the door open to whatever platform they may purchase later," notes David Bean, TFB Chief Operating Officer. TFB expects to further expand its healthcare portfolio in 2009.
