TFB's extensive integration experience with multiple switches, and Shoretel's enlightened approach to telephony architecture, make an excellent match. TFB already maintains formal development relationships with Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, and NEC, and now ads Shoretel to the formal partner portfolio.

Initial product offering will focus on custom solutions for Shoretel users. TFB already has in-place distribution partners in the Shoretel market, offering TFB solutions.
