TFB Releases Contact Director 4.0

Technology for Business Corporation (TFB Corp.) today announced the release of Contact Director version 4.0. Contact Director is TFB's real time monitoring package for contact centers of all sizes. The 4.0 release includes markedly improved performance, and new display modes that allows you to literally drag user-defined views to anywhere on the desktop. Users can simultaneously see different views of their call center and arrange them in whatever manner suits them best. With 4.0, TFB strengthens its leading monitoring software contact centers.

Contact Director provides comprehensive monitoring, command, and control of agents, agent groups, calls, and IVR activity, fully integrated with NEAX and Univerge through Infolink, MIS Link, and SMDR.
