Cobb Energy Adopts TFB Network Contact Director

TFB today announced implementation of Network Contact Director for Cobb EMC, a major Atlanta, Georgia utility provider. Cobb operates two separate NEC ACD sites, and with TFB in place, supervisors can see real-time agent and call activity across both sites.

As a major utilities provider in Georgia, Cobb Energy uses NEAX 2400 ACD's along with an extensive suite of TFB applications, to streamline agent interaction, and report and monitor all call center activity. Jay Kenyon, Manager of Communication Systems for Cobb Energy, was impressed with both the speed of information and utility of the application, noting, "...Network Contact Director is fantastic!!".

Cobb also uses TFB ACD Reports, TFB's cradle-to-grave reporting package, to give their supervisors detailed and summary historical information on contact center performance.
