TFB Releases ACD Reports 3

Technology for Business, Corp. (TFB), a leading developer of IVR and integrated Contact Center solutions, today announced a major new release of ACD Reports, its best-selling archival reporting package for contact centers.

The popular reporting package gives contact center supervisors a comprehensive view of their agent and call-handling performance — at their local site, or across their enterprise.

Version 3 marks a quantum leap in performance, speed and features. While the data engine is significantly faster than previous versions, users will most notice the sophisticated reports engine that allows them to customize layout and filters, as well as save reports for reuse or scheduled email delivery. The new interface design incorporates user feedback, simplifying report generation while giving users greater flexibility.

ACD Reports works with NEC NEAX and Univerge PBX/ACDs, through Infolink, MIS, and optional SMDR integration.
