TFB Releases Post-Call Survey 1.0

Technology for Business Corporation (TFB Corp.) today announced completion of the turn-key Post Call Survey application for the CTI Server platform. Post Call Survey lets callers provide touchtone feedback on their service experience after talking to an agent, or anywhere in call flow as determined by the end user. It is fully user-configurable and runs on the CTI Server alongside other TFB applications, sharing IVR ports as needed.
