TFB Releases Contact Director 2.4

Technology for Business Corporation (TFB Corp.) today announced the release of Contact Director version 2.4. Contact Director is TFB's real time monitoring package for contact centers of all sizes. The v2.4 maintenance release includes the addition of embedded call campaign display and controls, so supervisors can monitor and manage outbouand campaigns from a single interface.
Contact Director provides comprehensive monitoring, command, and control of agents, agent groups, calls, and IVR activity, fully integrated with NEAX through Infolink, MIS Link, and SMDR on the 2400 and 2000. Organizations across the U.S. and Canada use Contact Director to provide literally hundreds of statistics that allow managers to measure the performance of their call center in real time.
Existing customers on the current cersion of CTI Server can be upgraded remotely without service interruption. Maintenance releases are free for customers with current warranty coverage.
