TFB Releases CTI Server 5

Technology for Business Corporation (TFB Corp.) today announced the release of CTI Server 5, the latest revision to its successful CTI/IVR platform. As the leading developer for NEC switches, CTI Server 5 has built-in support for NEC Univerge ACD’s, as well as major enhancements to Speech Recognition, Email and Chat queues, reporting, and real time monitoring. The centralized Configuration Manager gives users intuitive, comprehensive control of system options in an easy to use graphic user interface (GUI).

CTI Server 5 also offers reporting integration across multiple sites and ACD’s, and the ability to segregate reporting by business units and subunits, instead of by artificial boundaries between system hardware and location.

The newest release reaffirms TFB’s emphasis on supporting industry standards and open architecture. CTI Server architecture is extensible by design, a tenet exemplified by the fact that newer multimedia and reporting features are built on top of the existing platform.
