TFB Empowers Cobb EMC with Contact Director

With installation of Contact Director, 1.0, TFB completes a significant upgrade to real time monitoring and control capability at Cobb-EMC. As a major utilities provider in Georgia, Cobb uses two NEAX 2400 ACD's along with multiple TFB applications, to streamline agent interaction, and report and monitor on call center activity. For archival reporting, Cobb uses ACD Reports, TFB's cradle-to-grave reporting package, which provides aggregated reporting across both of Cobb's ACD's, their CTI Server, and IVR.
Cobb selected Contact Director, 1.0, TFB's powerful monitoring software to complement ACD Reports. Contact Director lets supervisors monitor agent and call activity in real time, or control agents and calls directly. Cobb's multiple profit centers and product lines required a tool that could both aggregate and separate data, and offer permission-based access for display and control functions. Even more important for Cobb are the real time controls offered by Contact Director. Supervisors can reassign agents in real time, drag calls between queues, or change call priorities with the click of a mouse.
Cobb has also selected TFB to integrate their existing Mercom voice logging system with ACD Reports, to provide a single interface for reporting research and recorded call playback.
