Japan Airlines Corporation Procures TFB Upgrade
December 20th, 2004 - Manhattan Beach, CA
As a leading international air-carrier and a longstanding TFB CTI Server user, Japan Airlines has turned to TFB over and over again to automate many of their telephony-based services. Recent upgrades within JAL's MIS environment included systems to which TFB solutions were heavily integrated. With a strong desire to retain their in-place TFB CTI Server applications, JAL turned to TFB Professional Services to provide adaptation to JAL's new environment. "An important asset of our solution is the open, flexible architecture, which helps protect our customers' technology investment, and provides migration paths as surrounding systems are upgraded or replaced," said David Bean, TFB Vice President of Product Marketing.
