The TFB system notifies agents and supervisors immediately when an inbound call is abandoned prior to reaching an agent. Aside from on-screen notification to agents, an email is sent to designated supervisors for redundant notification. Installation was accomplished jointly with TFB distribution partner, NEC Unified Solutions.
