Tempur-Pedic Awards Major Telephony Solutions Contract to TFB Corporation

Tempur-Pedic, a leading manufacturer of space-age mattresses and bedding, has selected Technology for Business to provide a comprehensive reporting, integration, and automation solution as Tempur-Pedic prepares for their IPO. As part of the pending IPO, Tempur-Pedic is seeking dramatic improvements in abandoned rate and other customer service metrics. The solution includes both packaged and custom applications, including custom IVR, cradle to grave reporting from ACD Reports, automated callback, and screen pop integration to an existing Oracle CRM installation. The TFB solution replaces an existing CTI applications suite that was deemed inadequate to meet the ongoing goals and requirements of the user.
