Haband Realizes Quick ROI from TFB Solution

Haband Corporation, large East-coast mail order clothing company, required a comprehensive solution to handle their overloaded call centers. As is typical, no single solution met their needs, so TFB offered a combination of packaged and custom software. The result, according to Haband telecom manager, Brian Butler, not only met specifications, it far exceeded expectations. With Automated Callback, callers are offered more options while on hold. TFB's automated order status applications and are allowed to get information on their order more quickly through. Agent workload is streamlined through screen pop integration with Haband's existing order system. "We went from (the ability to handle) 900 calls a day to 5000 with TFB," notes Butler.
