Purchase Options - Your Server or Ours
TFB software runs on Windows based servers, using Dialogic telephony boards as the IVR port interface. TFB offers full turnkey hardware and software packages, but also allows buyers to purchase off the shelf components from the vendor of their choice.

Sizing the System
The number of IVR ports needed is driven by your anticipated peak call volume. Use our port calculator or c to determine how many ports you need. There is no set limit to the number of unique TFB applications that can run on a single CTI Server. Only the total IVR port count determines the number of servers needed. Your dealer, or a TFB sales representative can help you size the system properly.
